Hand Sewn 28th EOD Leather Patch Hat. Made by a 28th EOD veteran (2008-2012). Patches are sewn with bonded nylon thread onto Richardson or Yupoong caps depending on color and availability. Patches are designed, cut, engraved, and sewn locally in Moore County, NC by an Active Duty Owned and Operated Business.
